    Join me at Unique Results Gym in Chelmsford. I’ll lead every session, coach your technique, and adjust your plan as you progress.

    We’ll review your lifts, refine technique, and adjust programming week-by-week so you stay ahead of plateaus.

  • 60 min 1-2-1 coaching session per week
  • Tailored programming for up to 5 sessions a week including videos and technical advice
