I believe strength should improve your life not take it over.


Whether your goal is building confidence, getting stronger, moving better, improving performance, or simply training with more purpose, coaching should be structured, sustainable, and built around real life.


That belief comes from over 25 years in strength sport, years of coaching experience, and understanding first-hand what it takes to balance training with work, family, setbacks, and everyday life.

Because strength isn’t just about what you lift.

It’s about how you feel, how you move, and the confidence you build along the way.


My Journey


Strength training has been part of my life for over two decades.

My background began in Strongman, competing across multiple competitions including international level, while also spending years immersed in Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, and Strength & Conditioning.

Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the strongest people in the world, including experience working as Head Coach at the Stoltman Academy.

But the biggest lesson strength sport taught me?

What works at the highest level only matters if it can be adapted to real life.

Because most people aren’t professional athletes.

They have careers, families, responsibilities, injuries, stress, busy schedules — and still want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.

That’s exactly why JC Performance Coaching exists.

To take the principles that build elite strength and translate them into coaching that actually works in the real world.

Why I Coach

I know what it feels like to want progress and not know if you’re doing the right things.

I know what it feels like to juggle training with work, life, responsibilities, and setbacks.

Before coaching full time, I spent 15 years in a senior corporate career, while still competing in strength sport and balancing family life.

That experience shaped the way I coach.

No unrealistic expectations.

No “all or nothing” mentality.

No programmes built for people who have unlimited time.

Just intelligent coaching designed to help real people make real progress.

Whether you're new to training, feeling stuck, or wanting to take performance further, coaching is about helping you move forward with confidence and clarity.
